Bismillah, Ustadz bagaimana hukum anak yang belum baligh dan melakukan bunuh diri

Aksi intihar (bundir) yang dilakukan anak kecil belum baligh tidaklah dianggap dosa atau had..
Sebab, anak kecil belum berlaku beban syariah..
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رضي الله عنه عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : ( رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ عَنْ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ وَعَنْ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَحْتَلِمَ وَعَنْ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يَعْقِلَ )
“Dari ‘Ali radhiyallahu ‘anhu, dari Nabi ﷺ beliau bersabda:
‘Diangkat pena (catatan dosa dan pahala) dari tiga golongan: dari orang yang tidur sampai ia bangun, dari anak kecil sampai ia baligh (bermimpi), dan dari orang gila sampai ia kembali berakal.’”
(HR. Abu Daud no. 4403, At Tirmidzi no. 1423, shahih)
Dalam Al Mausu’ah dijelaskan:
التَّكْلِيفُ بِالْفَرَائِضِ وَالْوَاجِبَاتِ وَتَرْكِ الْمُحَرَّمَاتِ يُشْتَرَطُ لَهُ الْبُلُوغُ ، وَلاَ تَجِبُ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْبَالِغِ … وَلاَ يَجِبُ الْقِصَاصُ وَالْحُدُودُ ، كَحَدِّ السَّرِقَةِ وَحَدِّ الْقَذْفِ وَلَكِنْ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُؤَدَّبَ
“Pembebanan kewajiban berupa fardu dan wajib serta meninggalkan hal-hal yang haram disyaratkan adanya baligh. Maka kewajiban tersebut tidak berlaku atas orang yang belum baligh. Demikian pula tidak diberlakukan qishash dan hudud—seperti had pencurian dan had qazaf—akan tetapi boleh diberikan pendidikan/ta’dib (hukuman mendidik).” (Al Mausu’ah Al Fiqhiyyah Al Kuwaitiyah, 8/196)

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
