PERTANYAAN:
Ijin bertanya Ustadz Farid,saat salam akhir sholat berjama’ah,apakah makmum mengucapkan salam saat imam selesai mengucapkan salam pertama atau menunggu sampai imam mengucapkan salam ke dua? (+62 812-1086-xxx)
JAWABAN
Jika Imam salam pertama selesai, maka makmum masbuq sudah boleh berdiri, itu pendapat mayoritas ulama. Sebab salam kedua adalah sunnah, salam pertamalah yang rukun menurut mayoritas, kecuali Hambali yang mengatakan salam satu dan dua adalah rukun.
Artinya, menurut mayoritas Jika sudah salam pertama maka shalat telah tuntas, dan boleh makmum berdiri.
Ada pun dalam Mazhab Hanafi, selesainya bacaan tasyahud maka selesailah shalat, salam pertama dan kedua adalah sunah bagi Hanafi.
Imam Ibnul Mundzir mengatakan:
أجمع كل من نحفظ عنه من أهل العلم على أن صلاة من اقتصر على تسليمة واحدة جائزة
Telah sepakat (berijma’) semua ulama yang kami riwayatkan dari mereka, bahwa shalat seseorang yang mencukupkan diri dengan satu salam adalah sah.
Sebenarnya tidak ijma’, karena dalam mazhab Hambali salam kedua juga rukun.
